They have various Izakaya-style menu in the "sosaku"-style (creative-style). In addition, what they specialize is hegi-soba, which is the central Niigata-style soba, made only with soba powder and seaweed powder. We had a course menu for 3,000 yen. It included fresh sashimi, freshly made tenpura, grilled fish, hegi soba, etc. Everything was excellent. We particularly enjoyed the chewy hegi soba with ground wasabi.
Definitely a hidden gem.
