Excellent service! They picked up my laptop, fixed it, and returned it in less than a day and a half. I'm very satisfied with the service and the people I dealt with were kind and informative. (I'm an elder and have very spotty information on computers.) The pickup and delivery were especially appreciated. My new go-to for computer stuff, and I will let everybody I know as well. My experience with computer repair services in the past has been less than ideal--expensive, prolonged, and technobabble tossed around endlessly. These folks are a breath of fresh air! Highly recommended local business.

After spending over 5 hours with online with three different tech support services with no successful resolution of the many issues on my Asus laptop, I discovered Berkeley Laptop Repair. They picked up my laptop. I was very pleased with how they kept troubleshooting the various issues that popped up due to the unsuccessful fixes by former techs on antivirus, speakers, zoom, windows, and screen pad. They contacted me several times to update their progress and explain their next procedures. When they returned it, all the issues had been successfully resolved. I felt like I had a new computer! And for all the time that was needed to untangle the issues, their price was very reasonable. I would definitely use them again and refer them to my friends.

Way too expensive for just a diagnostic of problem, never repair never do anything, and they charge $80 plus just to take a look, never go to this place again, such a scam

My laptop screen cracked and I contacted Berkeley laptop repair by phone. That same day, they sent someone to pick up my broken laptop at my home (masked, careful with distancing) and brought it back to me within hours of repair. Wonderful and convenient laptop repair services!

Berkeley Laptop Repair provided excellent service, and very good rates.They offer free pick-up and delivery, I didn't have to leave my house which was very convenient since I don't have a car. And they fixed my laptop in 2 days! Great turn around time. I highly recommend their service!
