Food was quick. Ordered for the table - French onion soup, escargot, Beef Bourg., and warm goat cheese salad.
Food was decent. Service was better. It was busy, rainy and cold, but the restaurant was warm and welcoming. Would try other places first. The escargot was wonderfully prepared.

Food is terrible. Worse Croque Monsier I've ever had in Paris. Literally a dry sandwich. No bechamel, not toasted. Should have Yelped this place before eating there to see how horrible this place was. Our last night in Paris having a terrible meal.

Stay away. This place is should not be in the food business.

There are better places to eat in this neighborhood. Don't settle.

The rudest wait staff. It was 930 at night. A bunch of tables were open. The waiter sat us my friend ordered a drink and I just wanted desert. The rudest waiter then grabbed the menus out of our hands and the table is for food....AGAIN tables were open. I ordered the lava cake which came out cold. If that is the rule there he should have stated it before he sat us. I will never give this business my money and I will definitely spread the word about this place and it's wait staff. No class.

This place was amazing. Incredible service and even more incredible food. My family and I had the chicken risotto and the Poké bowl. Terrific flavor and presentation. On top of all that, the ambience is unbeatable.

Cafe Jade was a 5 min walk from our airbnb and we had to stop after seeing a couple eating french onion soup. They were really busy so we were hoping the negative reviews were made by picky eaters. We got our soup and realized the other reviewers weren't picky. The soup was pretty gross. The soup itself was a light yellow/greyish color and tasted nothing like onions. They also managed to mess up their baguettes? They were so flavorless and stale.

My boyfriend enjoyed his drink but thought it was pretty overpriced.

Charming cafe, wide variety of menu selections, prices in line with tourist/covid/location expectations. Efficient waiter, grateful he spoke English well. Small glass of red, charcuterie-fromage board, crepes with (jar)jam were 32 euros, good flavors and quality. The "small plates" board could easily feed 2 people, and probably 3, definitely not a small portion for one person.

Excellent maigret canard & red wine. A bit noisy but that's the neighborhood. Good staff and excellent people watching perch.

Stopped in bc they have a tv and we wanted to watch the Ryder Golf cup. They turned it on for us. Ordered some burgers..... OMG DELICIOUS!! I had the ham and egg burger, best burger I've ever had in my life.

This place was a great place to stop off for lunch. Nice waiters and quick service. Good vegetarian options.

Got 2/3 of a beer for 13 euro. And was scorned in French when asking if it was the pint that I asked for and paid for. I feel if I'm paying close to $20 for a beer I should get a full glass... The food was okay, but nothing to brag about. The area is super cool for people watching, but that probably makes the prices skyrocket. I will not recommend this place to a friend. We would have stayed and drank many beers, but why would we when there's so many better options???
