Love Charming Charlie. They got different purses, jewelry, clothes and etc. They added more items in the store witch accessories like cups, pens, and more. They also have scarfs, sunglasses, phone cases, perfumes. Also one time when I came in they had some cat stuff.

They have a reward program.

Established in premium location. Big shop in area. Serves the purpose of it's existence. So many women accessories and colours options available. Shop here for any party.

From a guys perspective:

This is the place girls go to in order to find that special piece of costume jewelery to compliment that certain outfit/pair of shoes/handbag/hair style/scarf/other piece of jewelery.... while at the same time finding new pieces of costume jewelery which creates the task of finding new outfits/pair of shoes/handbags/hair styles/scarves to compliment the new piece of jewelery they just purchased on impulse.

If you ever want to get on the good side of your girlfriend let her loose in here with a gift card.

If you need an accessory for an outfit this is the place to go. The store is arranged by colors & they have almost any color you can dream of. The prices are pretty good too. You can usually get a coupon or shop off the discount section. They have purses & cute trendy outfits also.

If you ever need that one little thing to finish off an outfit or you need a unique gift, Charming Charlie's is the place. They have accessories to match every color and each color had its own area, so it's easy to walk in, spot your color family and select exactly what you need. Scarfs, bags, shoes, earrings, rings, etc. Their sales girls are very helpful and they always have some kind of deal going on. Get on their mailing list and you'll get free stuff and crazy coupons.

Consider yourself warned..Charming Charlie is either Heaven or Hell there is no in between.
Heaven ......loads of choices for fun jewelry at inexpensive prices. Think trendy and reasonable but not stuff you keep forever. Need a dragonfly necklace..they have it.. colorful beads yup those too, big splashy necklaces ..no problem ..strings of pearls, well you got the picture, they have it all..even unexpected surprises like cute pillboxes, rubber cowboy boots and fun scarves...yes scarves are fun.

Hell? Yes, because the cute cheapness is a major temptation, add in the gift factor as in ...oh this would be perfect for .... you get the idea? I could spend 200.00+ without blinking..now do I need 200.00 worth of baubles ? Probably not but that is why is a little bit of H-E double hockey sticks for yours truly. And here is the kicker I want to go back..I have been twice and I already want to go back and I just got home...maybe I should have bought the purple and black strand...oh the faux leather flower bracelet was so cute... See the problem?

Normally I wouldn't do a review for this type of store, but I felt that the employees deserved a shout out. First you can't go wrong with shopping here. Their selection of accessories and clothes are always fun and priced right. The thing that set this store apart was the customer service. My husband and I arrived shortly after they opened. There were a good amount of people already shopping. We were genuinely greeted upon arrival, this set the tone for a nice shopping experience. The two women who were working were both very pleasant and helpful, without being overbearing. Both my husband and I commented how excellent the customer service was after we left. We would be back regardless but this made this positive experience really stuck with us.

What's not to love about jewelry and purses???! Well I will say this place would get at least 4 stars if it weren't for multiple uncomfortable, rather BAD experiences at this particular store location. I am a pretty laid back shopper, and usually I'm alright with grumpy customer service, however both times that I have been to this location I have dealt with the same manager who does not like children (snatched a necklace right out of my well-behaved daughters hand). Not to mention how irritated she was when the gal who did my transaction didn't know how to undo it to include my reward coupon. The manager was short and snippy and I found it rather confusing how she kept telling me that she was having to "go around the world" to fix my transaction. Basically she was complaining that because I forgot to include my coupon in the first place It's gonna take them ten steps to fix it. I apologized, but let's be honest it shouldn't be my problem when I am a paying customer. What happened to good old fashioned customer service?...
I will give kudos though to the young associate who rang me up originally since she did her best.

I will never go back to this location, and I will also share my experience with my family who I usually give coupons to who go to this location.

Been to different Charming Charlies in the neighborhood but this one is indeed better and bigger. And has cool staffs too.

Im probably the only guy who will give a review of a woman's boutique... But when you have a girlfriend with two daughters who have been wanting to come here for ever, it's worth seeing how excited they get.

So this place is roughly a ton of jewelry, purses, necklaces and a ton of other small trinket type things. What's cool about it is that everything seems to be color coordinated. So if you were looking for something black, they literally had a black section.. a yellow section.. a purple section, etc. Very cool idea.

According to my girlfriend, the prices were ridiculously cheap. She bought a purse and expected to pay $75, but it was only $25.

There are only a few locations that Ive seen.. one downtown and this location way up north.

Very cool and I know we're looking to bring the girls back here so they can pick a few things out.

For the guys.. they have a spot for us to sit in the back. It was pretty funny seeing all the men hanging out on the side.
