Every effort was made to persuade me to join but I explained that too healthy a life style/excercise disrupts my fondness of naughty foods etc!!
Lovely pool, (not too cold for the old boy), that has a steam room, sauna and spa all built in. (I thought a steam room was a sauna)!! Fabulous restaurant but a little on the pricey side ie £6.95 for a Cheese Jacket..errr! Coffee's well priced.
Quite a busy Gym but pretty quiet mid-pm. Excellent parking..Might consider a Swim Onlymembership, if available, as it was a good place to swim
