After falling off my horse and visiting A+E I was still suffering 3 weeks later. The most frustrating thing was I had no idea what was wrong with me (apart from I'd 'probably' pulled some ligaments).
My GP told me to see a physio and after a little asking around I was put onto these guys. Well after seeing the lead physio I was given a diagnosis and an idea of how long it would take to get better.
Despite being frustrated with the advice that it would take around 4 weeks, at least I had an idea and with a few sessions of physio and doing my exercises I was able to get back in less than the original estimate! - Delighted!!!!!!
Given my sport of showjumping and eventing I think there's a fair chance I will be needing physio in the future. I would thoroughly recommend an early session (at least to find out what's going on) and the physios at Dorking sports centre were great.
I was a little worried when Sam went away for a weeks hols but his colleague was excellent and had actually managed to read the notees before I got there (something I can tell you doesn't always happen!!)Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Qype ユーザー (Greeny…)Dorking, イギリス012009年8月25日
I had seen 2 different physios before I found Sam at the dorking physio clinic.
The other physios i saw wasted my time and couldnt give me an explanation as to why I was having so much leg pain.
After 1 session with Sam I not only had an explanation to my problem but i also had a detailed programme of how I was going to resolve the issue.
Thanks to Sam I can now exercise when I want and not worry about damaging my body.
I would recommend Dorking Physio Clinic to anyone wanting a fast and effective treatmentHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
