Przekąski Zakąski

This is my favorite bar in Warsaw. When I was first taken here I thought maybe it would be pretentious but it turned out to be a quaint spot with a great atmosphere and excellent food and drinks for cheap!

The bar forms a semi circle with a mirror behind it. On the right are the 'snacks' written and on the left are the drinks. Both are super cheap but the food is the perfect compliment to a vodka or beer. For foreigners, it is a good way to be introduced to some of the Polish food and the Polish culture of drinking vodka!

This place is tight but eventually you'll make it to the bar to get a drink. We were lucky and each time got a seat at the bar. It's fun to mingle with people and to hear the wide array of foreigners coming in for the first time. You should definitely not miss this spot! ;)

Great place to grab a quick shot in communist era decor. Menu is simple, but cool how they have a surprise option. Be ready for it to be warm in the summer.

I love this place! It's everything a bar should be, crowded, loud with cheap alcohol and good snacks. :) A great preparty spot, I recommend for any tourist to visit for a taste of Polish vodka and local cuisine. The only downside is it's too small, gets packed easy, but it also creates cool , buzzing atmosphere.

well, since we were passing, it would be rude not to stop in for one...or two... this is a vodka bar, and a bloody good one. they serve plates of tapas (I guess that's what you'd call them!?), we had mackerel and some sort of terrine thingy.

after the two swift shots and a nibble we moved on... the night begins to get a bit blurry...

One of the places I like best in Warszawa! Yes, the prices are very very cheap, the atmosphere is ekstra! Every time I come to Warszawa, I stop by to grab a wodka i piwo. From time to time you could even drink outside in front of the bar listening to some musicians (although prohibited in Poland and to my knowledge not possible at Przekąski Zakąski anymore) To bardzo lubie ten bar.
