HORRENDOUS to say the least, communication is impossible, the lies they tell to get you off their backs is frustrating when solicitors sign up to a code of ethics then its even more questionable.... An expensive conveyancing mistake. They seem to enjoy having control over your life, home and future and play with it like none of it matters.. Most stressful process and people i have had the displeasure to encounter and they should be ashamed of themselves.

Fantastic service from start to finish. They are a bit more expensive than other conveyancers I've used in the past, but a few hundred quid for peace of mind is worth it IMHO. I've been burnt in the past and I'm not going back to awfulfactoryconvancer.com ever again. Thanks John and John :)
