They are okay to use I'd avoid the tranny flush didn't help my car

2017年7月1日以前のレビューThese guys are the best very friendly and efficient never give you a bad attitude I have brought both my mercedes 03 ML 350 and 04 c320 to them for repairs for several years now . Chuck and Brian are always veryf riendly and helpful very considerate which is not so common these days especially in the auto repair field. I have had nothing but good experience with them there mechanics are quick and reliable to access any problem always act very kool and respectful no matter what the problem is even one time when my dog lodged a marrow bone in one of the belts they fixed it quick. Nice guys you can trust them to do good work at a reasonable price everytime.

I used to really like this place and would go there all the time. Tha last time, however, I went there for inspection and oil change, and for a noise form the rear left that I thought was a wheel bearing noise.
They changed the oil and told me the noise wasn't the wheel bearing, but the back brakes. Ok, so I had them done. The noise was still there after and I brought the car back. This time they told me it was just some rust in the brakes they had forgotten to remove. They removed that, but the noise was still there. Brought the car back again and told them again that I thought it was the left rear wheel bearing. They checked again and then told me that it was the rear right wheel bearing. When I expressed doubt, they told me that "noise travels funny in a car", and that it was definitely the right one. Guess what, they repaired that and the noise was still there. Got a call from Brian who said, sorry it's the left rear wheel bearing after all. Needless to say, I brought the car to a different shop to have it repaired finally.
The car also had a weird oil smell after the repairs at stage ans lost oil. After another oil change somewhere else, I found out that Stage hadn't closed the oil filter lid appropriately and that oil had been dripping out.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1 - D G.Brooklyn, アメリカ合衆国1652021年4月2日
From beginning to end, I found the body shop to be up-front and honest, communicative and very helpful. Ed facilitated things with the insurance and the car rental companies, making it all much easier for me. The resulting work they did on the car was impeccable. I highly recommend them for their professional customer care and excellent level of work.

Larry and his team in sales are absolutely amazing! My family has bought several cars from them over the years and will continue to support them and give them business with the years to come!
They are low pressure sales and never force anything on you! The focus on your wants and needs and find what will work best for you!!
Our most recent experience my wife and I worked with both Larry Herzog and one of there new salesman John Bray (who himself has over 30 years of experience)! My wife and I had just got in a very bad accident (I won't go into detail), however we needed a new car! John worked his magic and Larry punched some numbers and within a few days they were able to deliver!

I had a poor experience at this place. Went in with my wife to purchase a used car. For whatever reason, I was not taken seriously and I felt like they rushed me out the door. So I rushed right over to prestige and bought a brand new Hyundai from a salesman who actually cared to get to know me and ask some questions. Stage one definitely did not do that and I would go so far as to say that they were rude and unprofessional.

we bought a truck here 1 1/2 years ago and they have been wonderful, always honoring the warranty and giving us excellent mechanical service as well...they were no hard sell and have been very honest!

About 2 weeks ago, I was out looking at cars, having recognized the need for one. I do occasionally check their printed lists they have outside of all there current inventory (this is their greatest difference that sets them apart from all the rest) in the cased-in box, and this time was no exception. Although I thought that I might be able to come to a decision with just their mediocre amounts of cars to choose from that matched my specifications, but this later turned out to be easier said than done.
Although the test drive was rather easy, and it didn't take long, the one car that was blocking the path to back the car out of its spot had to moved so I could test drive this one car had to be moved by hand because this other car's battery had died (poor timing and upkeep, apparently)!
After we got back, we were greeted by one of their sales clerks who told us a tiny bit about the car. When we asked him about an issue we had with the car, he was nice enough to research an answer to the question, but it seemed he had to do more research than most automotive sales people, and that made me feel so uneasy, no deal could have been made. I continue to look even further, however there are other dealerships with cars that match my specs. Had to have some work done on my car after it sustained some damage from fallen cable lines. Right from the start you are welcomed by such genuine kind people. They really go out of their way for you as a customer to make sure you are happy. I needed a new hood and being my car was brand new the paint was gonna be a hard match to make since it's a brand new color. I dealt with Ed through it all and he really was great. In order to keep me from being inconvenienced he'd actually come to my job to get my car and leave his in its place. This meant not only did I not have to make any extra trips or leave work but his vehicle saved my spot lol. And he dropped my car back off before my shift was over. They managed to perfectly match the color of my hood to the rest of my car also for much less money than another body shop in the area which quoted me much higher. This is the only place I'd go to get any work done on my car. Great people and true professionals.

I've always taken my car to Stage 1. The guys at the front of the counter are awesome, and always super attentive. I usually work with Brian and never had any issues. Doesn't hurt that he's a cutie.
