Do not, under any circumstances, accept a make-over from this salon. The stylists are unprofessional, make you look like drag queens, use foundation that is two shades darker than your skin colour and only curl or straighten your hair. Doesn't take much skill for that, now does it?


We then went for our photo shoot and were kicked out because we didn't have the required outfits. We had traveled from a long way away, and instead of bringing completely different outfits, we brought our favourite jackets and an extra pair of shoes, but it wasn't good enough. They are not not giving back my £100 deposit and are very rude to me over the phone.


Do not accept a make-over from this studio. If they tell you that you've "won" something... You haven't. They just call everyone that they can manage to get on the street. Not worth it for the large deposit.
