Restaurant Vitruv

Edit: profuse apologies from a (not my original) and manager. A large party was sat after I had my dinner to my waitress. Moreover, the manager took care of me and was actually very kind - so I am changing the rating since I loved my meal.

The restaurant is well decorated and the host allowed me to take any seat - which is great, I took a nice bench near the Christmas tree.

So I sat - probably 10-15 minutes before greeted by a server (no issue for me). Ordered Prosecco and then my meal straight away, Wiener schnitzel. It arrived with an unexpected starter (couscous and shrimp). The meal was fantastic. Perfectly cooked, not greasy, ample lemon, a side salad and perfect side potatoes. Buttery and perfectly sautéed onions.

And that was it. That was the last time I saw my server. I waited over 40 minutes after my plate being cleared and nobody approached me. With an empty glass, the whole time. No offer for a drink. No waitress passing by to ask for help. Over forty minutes. I had hoped to order more Prosecco and the chocolate cake- but on the bright side ... should you decide to visit here, I'll still be sitting here. Near the Christmas tree.

It's the hotel California of restaurants

Overall it was good. The servers were very polite and attentive. The beer was good. I ordered the pulled pork burger. I really had to look for the meat. Small portion for the bun. Fries where good, fresh and hot. The taste was good. They just need to add a little more meat to the serving.

The dico music was a bit loud but had a good sound.

Ordered the sole with lemon grass risotto instead of the potatoes. The risotto was out of this world. The risotto itself was enough to deserve the five star rating. The sole was cooked to perfection and filleted table side.
