お肉がとにかく美味しい。
特に、テンダーロイン・フォンデュという前菜メニューが気に入りました。
柔らかくて美味しいお肉にディップソースがとても合って、非常に美味しかったです。
黒豚を使ったメインディッシュもあり、上質なお肉が味わえます。
お肉だけでなく魚も美味しかったです。
盛り付けもオシャレで、見た目も楽しめます。
毎回変わるシェフのオススメもぜひ。
ビールも豊富に揃えてあって、楽しめました。
カクテルも面白いネーミングのものもありました。

I ordered the pear salad, filet mignon entree, glass of red wine and the cafe afagato for dessert!

Restaurant is clean, staff is friendly and attentive, as usual.

All foods were absolutely phenomenal!

Impeccable service. Relaxed atmosphere. Good food. A good place for a splurge.

We showed up early, and they were still able to seat us. Thank you.

Drinks were very good.

They brought puff pastry instead of bread. I would have definitely preferred bread. There is a reason that puff pastries are filled with something.

The brussel sprouts appetizer was very good. Cooked to perfection. Very nice curry.

My wife's lemon chicken looked delicious, and a fair amount to eat. She, surprisingly, thought that there was a bit too much lemon.

My gnocchi was very good. The browned butter gravy was excellent. I had added chicken, and was very disappointed with that: undercooked and flavorless.

Seems like all the desserts are gluten free. Nothing struck out fancy, but I am sure they are Delicious.

This is my new favorite restaurant in the Spokane area. All the food here is both delicious and fresh, made with seasonally based ingredients. The menu has several amazing vegan options not to mention a vegan chocolate macaron ice cream! The staff here are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The waiter I had was phenomenal in making some great suggestions too. I would recommend booking a reservation in advance as this place is definitely popular (for a good reason). If you're looking for a nice dinner out with some fine dining I would absolutely recommend checking Wild Sage Bistro out!

Last night, I finally tried Wild Sage American Bistro - Spokane Restaurant. Now I understand why it's a place I have been asked if I had ever been. It's absolutely wonderful. Our server was attentive and the drinks were perfectly crafted.

We started with an appetizer of Yukon Taquitos (yukon gold potato, white cheddar, chile lime sauce, avocado, and salted cabbage). They were the perfect little starter with great flavor.

Before our meal, we were brought a basket of puff pastries and lavender butter. I really liked the special twist on the dinner bread and that lavender butter was delicious.

For our entrees we both ordered their Fresh Sea Scallops (pan seared crisp, avocado beurre blanc, smoked tomato vinaigrette, poblano corn relish, rosemary polenta, and seasonal vegetables).

The scallops were perfectly cooked, the polenta was superb, and all the flavors complimented each other perfectly.

We ordered some drinks and I can definitely say the Parisian Pear cocktail that I had was one of the best (Grey Goose La Poire, Pear Brandy, St Germaine Liqueur, and fresh lemon juice).

I look forward to returning.

I'm still in shock over how good everything was, I don't like arugula lettuce but I ate every bite of the pear salad. The price might seem on the higher end but again the amount of effort the chef's have gone through to get this level of complexity to their meals is worth a try.

Nice restaurant , however lacks ambiance . Hostess was not customer friendly. Parking not great , especially when you have to pay for it . Food was fine , not impressed at all , expensive for what you get . Appetizers were the best .

This has been our date night restaurant for almost a decade. Probably the only nice restaurant that has been around pre pandemic and still delivers great quality food with consistently fantastic service, definitely a unicorn in these times

We went to dinner at this restaurant and our friend hamburger was so bloody the bottom bread was soaked and blood was all over her plate.
I order cool red rare steaks as a norm but this was definitely rare.

This meal and dining experience was by far one of the best I've had in a long time. I wanted to go somewhere excellent for my birthday and remembered this gem. Being celiac, the gf options were abundant! The gf bread brought to the table was lovely and a perfect touch for gf dinners to feel included in the experience. I ordered the Scarlett Queen, a beautiful twist on the base of a cosmo. You could taste the fresh juice and craftsmanship in the cocktail. I had the pork belly appetizer that was crisp and tender, the kimchi... whew, delicious. I went with the Chef's Special, Almond Crusted Halibut. I believe I counted 4/5 different sauces with a treasure of fresh and perfectly dressed vegetables. I can not put into words how delicious this entree was. I was captivated, and for a birthday entree, it was a delicious treasure trove. I chose the coconut cake for dessert... so damn good. Thank you so much for a beautiful dinner. I don't think I caught our server's name, but she was excellent!

I would recommend this restaurant all day long! The owner is or has a family member who is a celiac, so all or almost all of the menu is gluten free! And I recommend the coconut cake for dessert!!!
It's a bit pricey but worth it!
