Friendly waitstaff and delicious drinks and food offered. The prices are reasonable and portions are good. Lots of drinks available such as juices, teas, sodas, and coffee. I really liked the iced green tea latte.

Try the Japanese sets because they come with very tasty food. They speak some English, so don't be afraid to point. Also, press the button when you are ready to order. I definitely missed this restaurant the rest of my trip because it felt so relaxing and no one rushes you. There's a smoking and non smoking section. Left is non-smoking.

I didn't try the American food, so can't vouch for their authenticity and taste. However, they do a pretty good job in general.

Completely predictable outlet of a chain restaurant in Japan - nothing surprising, and nothing fancy (not sure what the grumpy reviewer from Beverly Hills was expecting) - but very clean location, polite service, and decent food.

Efficient polite service, good food, and a lot to choose from on their Grand Menu. Of all the chain Family Restaurants in Japan, I find Jonathan's to be the best. In particular, their breakfast service is the closest thing to an American diner that you are likely to find in Tokyo. Great pancakes, coffee, and several choices of eggs until 10:30 am each morning. As an added bonus, this location was recently re-modeled to be an all non-smoking seating restaurant so no foul cigarette smells. Highly recommended!

Very pricey typical cafe restaurant. The only thing is that this place was the only place that is kid friendly and offered a sitting environment with A/C for children near Tsukiji Fish Market. But everything else at the Tsukiji Market is expensive. We ordered the unagi rice set for ¥14,600.

Horrible quality for extremely cheap, gross Americanized food, and to top it all off it was ridiculously overpriced!
