Well looks can be deceiving. I originally thought this was an Irish pub cause of the out side style and colors.
But it is a awesome resturant. The grilled burgers and sandwiches rocked!
I tried the Philly Cheese steak. While my friend tried the huge burger.
The taste was amazing. Im going to try their burgers next visit.
I highly recommend this resturant if your in the Yokohama central area

I got to have a dinner there finally. The table is way too small for big dishes.

Taste: Delicious oysters and lamb. Some local beer.

Price: Higher.

This is a lunch update and its still great. The lunches come with a salad, dessert and all you can self serve hot/cold coffee, ice tea and water. Can take a cup of it to go, too.

By 12pm, it gets fully packed with the hard workers of Yokohama, both local and American.

Great service. Wood charcoal grilled items. Men's redtroom easier to get to than women's. Girls gotta go to basement.

They take credit cards.

Charcoal Green Bashamichi is a great spot for dinner and drinks. There are several Green restaurants in Yokohama, but we prefer this one because the grill doesn't overpower the temperature of the establishment like it does in Ishikawacho. This one is much more airy. There is even outdoor seating available. Wide windows add to the atmosphere and they can be opened in the summer months.

The food here is amazing. There are staple items like wagyu beef or grilled chicken and fish, or sides such as smoky macaroni and cheese (my favorite). They also have nightly specials. I ordered the swordfish last night and it was so moist and flavorful! Quite a treat! There is plenty to choose from - all foods are made fresh.

Staff is great and it's very English friendly. I would suggest taking your phone with you when you venture to the bathroom just in case you get turned around on the stairs and hallway. It's a bit tricky. Overall great spot for a date night or gathering with friends. There are plenty of bars in the area for post-wandering and the station is quite close.

The food felt and tasted gourmet. The menu caters to a wide variety of meats and more. The price was reasonable. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone and will definitely be back. Try the BEND red wine with your meal, you'll be glad you did so..... ENJOY!!!

My first trip to Yokohama in two years and I headed right back to Charcoal Green Grill. This time I decided on a 300g Bavette Steak, with fries. The presentation included three sauces: A spicy mustard, a hearty BBQ and a Chimichurri sauce. Along the perimeter of the slate plate was roasted garlic slices, sea salt, oregano, basil and parsley. Each bite of the perfectly grilled steak could result in numerous combinations of flavors. An amazing presentation and a delight for the taste buds.

While waiting for the meal I was able to sample a beer from home in a Modern Times Fortunate Islands pint, but I had a delicious glass of red with my steak for a reasonable ￥550.

I'm going to try and sneak in one more meal before heading home next week. I'd be a fool not to.

I was apprehensive at first but I was overly impressed with the food.
We came in for Lunch and I wasn't disappointed. The manager speaks English quite well so for my English instructor friends and English speaking visitors, it's worth the stop.

Me and one son had the steak lunch, my wife had the pork lunch and my oldest inhaled a cheeseburger!

I loved mine but my wife's was unbelievable! Lunch time has all you can drink coffee and tea too!

Unbelievable, though it was steak, one of if not the best I've ever had! Great atmosphere, great service, great place! If you're ever in this area this is a must!
