At Napule, my wife and I indulged in an authentic Italian dining experience. We savored the classic Caprese salad, bursting with fresh flavors, followed by a specialty pizza straight from their wood-fired oven. Each bite was a delightful blend of charred crust and savory toppings, reminiscent of Naples' trattorias. The aroma alone transported us to the heart of Italy. Accompanying our meal was a perfectly cooked pasta dish, enhancing our culinary journey. The ambiance exuded warmth and hospitality, akin to a cozy Italian eatery. Napule truly captures the essence of slow food culture, offering a taste of Italy in every dish.

Although it is my first time to review here, I've been here a few years ago. It seems that they have voted as one of "Tokyo's 100 Best Pizza". I saw its sticker on the window.
To avoid being in enclosed area, we chose the patio to dine. It was equipped with heavy duty heater. It's perfect fine even in the chilly afternoon of November.
We chose the course menu "Cena". (3800 yen) which had appetizer, pasta, dessert and coffee/tea. Just in case of this menu wouldn't be enough, we also ordered Pizza Margherita.
Appetizer was ok. It didn't leave me any impression except prosciutto. But the pasta was awesome. It was a spaghetti covered with seafood Ragu sauce. The sauce was thick and rich. It was tomato base and must have been simmered with seafood for long time. It was absolutely flavorful. Also, the spaghetti was one of the best I've had in awhile. The texture was nicely chewy. It might have been raw pasta considering this genuine fresh texture.
And the pizza convinced me that them being voted for Tokyo's 100 best was no fluke. Sauce was fresh and the dough's texture was awesomely chewy. It was so good that I could have another one easily.
And I'm also impressed how educated staffs were. The guy who served us was so knowledgeable with every dish and was able to explain each dish in detail. But not just reading out loud. He had Neil deGrasse Tyson like charm who love explaining things in passion.
Anyways, overall is experience is quite pleasant. I recommend here.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 5Oh no 0 - Marie T.ニューヨーク, アメリカ合衆国36292732762018年3月4日
Generally, the food is good!
We especially enjoyed the octopus appetizer!
I won't talk about any other specific dishes but all I have to say is that I think the people come here for the ambiance, which is leaning towards the fine dining side. They have a great view of the park and I imagine eating on the outdoor area is really relaxing in the spring and summer times.
So...The food is just A-Ok. I've definitely tried much better pizza for the same price elsewhere. But this place is still worth the try! You may have a different opinion than I!
This restaurant is NOT kid friendly - we brought our 2 year old son and they don't have high chairs or any kid friendly utensils. So my son ended up sitting on 2 chair cushions. He managed but he made such a MESS! LOL.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Manny T.東京都Minato-ku, Akasaka80533062019年6月6日
So much potential!!!!
Service: this place is busy so be ready to wait for your service which stinks as some of the food takes long to get.
Atmosphere: i love the place and on a Friday night there is a person walking around with a guitar which is so cool.
Food: it's ok for the price. The pizza is made which such nice ingredients but falls flat on flavor. It's like they are trying to justify the high price they are charging for the pizza. The desserts are expensive for the flavor you get as well.
Summary: come here for drinks and sit on the terrace, but skip the meals because you'll be disappointed for what you get for the price.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
