After literally snacking and eating all day at Tokyo Station and then coming to Ueno to pick up a few things/explore we decided to end the night here. On the bottom they have a smoking area and the top is the non smoking. They have English menus which make things pretty easy to order from.

The food is pretty good, but nothing exceptional really. I don't mean that in a bad way, the food was tasty. I usually gauge things on: Would I tell someone to come here on their trip? I probably wouldn't. The pizza was nice and cheesy, but I was surprised it had onion strips on it. They weren't in the picture. The crust was a super thin style My wife thought her chicken was good as well. Oddly enough, the garlic bread was the star as it tasted exceptional.

Not too shabby, but keep your mind open to other places.

Good stop by train station. Easy to park and sit for a few. Very small and cramped but you can do it with backpacks. Friendly staff. Great breakfast typical small portion but nice.

Ton of these "Pronto" restaurants around the city, so just keep that in mind if you aren't a fan of chains. With that said, the Kona iced coffee was strong and smooth. Given how good it was, I wish there was less ice. The Carbonara pasta was equally as solid as the coffee. This isn't a huge portion, but it should keep you full for a while. Just the right amount of cheese and sauce makes this not overpowering as some Carbonara's are.

Overall, this place is good for a quick bite while you're on your shopping trip in Ueno or on your way to continue your shopping trip elsewhere.

franchised cafe style restaurant. inexpensive but the food turned out to be pretty decent! small tables, convenient location, good ambiance. divided between smoking and non-smoking floors.
