Cheap Chinese food that isn't completely awful!
The interior, which has been noted elsewhere, is pretty intense. As in, there's a lot of dicks. No joke. If you look around, you'll find more dicks, boobs, butts, lips... which is exactly why it's the perfect place for a first date. you know, so you can test the waters.
But really, the food is good and cheap. If you don't have any aversion to spicy foods, I recommend just ordering a ton of different types of the sui gyoza and make sure that you get at least one order of chili pepper ones in there, too. They usually just put them all on one plate, so then you get to play the guessing game to see who gets spinach and who gets a mouthful of heat.
Last note, though, is although the food is cheap, the drinks are not. Drinking here is a fast way to plump up your bill pretty quickly, so I don't really recommended coming here with the intention of getting wasted. Kinda defeats the purpose of coming here with the idea that it will be cheap.
