Very expensive, very worth it.
I got the 19,440 yen (~$175) set course meal. I'm a very picky eater, but they were able to adjust the course menu according to my liking. For example, I don't eat meat so instead of the steak, I got the scallop. Every bite was worth it. They cook most of your food right in front of you on their teppan grill. The two people I've had were friendly and willing to answer any questions about the food.
Be ready to spend at least $200/person since you'll probably want a drink with your meal.
I've been here twice, and I can't wait to go back again soon!Helpful 3Thanks 1Love this 2Oh no 0 - 1743387362015年9月28日
There is a lot to take in when dining here: it's a bit like Alice in Wonderland as my friend put it (decor and customer wise). It came to us by recommendation of the hotel, although I think I prefer Kawamura for teppanyaki as I prefer a more simple dining experience. It was interesting that everyone else sitting at the bar was from out of town-not sure what that says about the place.
We ordered a la carte, which gave us an opportunity to try a little bit of everything. Some of the items weren't available, which actually made it easier to order. Chestnut soup, tenderloin and sirloin were all delicious, and while not necessary, their mustard sauce (for the meat) is heavenly. The scallops were also good, but you'd need a few if you go the fish route. The potato dish was amazing, loved the gruyere on top.
The service was great, our chef was polite and answered no less than a hundred questions (that we had).Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Mendy H.San Jose, アメリカ合衆国301582862019年2月14日
Food was great and presentation was also beautiful - we loved the abalone course the most which was sooo fresh and tasty. The bill came at roughly 300 USD per person which I found a bit pricy for a Michelin 1 star restaurant, but maybe it's normal around Ginza area.

What a meal! It was around $250 a person, which is crazy expensive but for this price, I had the best beef of my life!
Reservations are highly recommended... Not because the place is packed, but they will not be as nice if you come in without a reservation. Also, request to sit at the counter. That is the only way to see the full show of the teppan grill.
We decided to order a la carte and set menus start around 17,000 yen (around $160 per person). My husband started with the onion soup. I was surprised to find that it was served cold but nonetheless it was creamy and wonderful.
We shared the Japanese spiny lobster and the tenderloin and some asparagus. Everything was wonderful and perfectly cooked but I want to give special mention to the beef. It was not from Kobe, as I learned that the best Japanese beef in fact is not from Kobe. It was perfectly marbled, like an example piece of meat. I had it cooked medium rare. It's served with a small side of soy sauce and black pepper. Perfection.
The lobster was lovely and the asparagus was a good but very simple. The star of the show here is definitely the beef.
For dessert they move you to a different area of the restaurant and serve the most heavenly petit fours. I ordered the cheesecake ice cream and it was light, sweet and refreshing. Needless to say we left very satisfied. I will say portions are not huge, so be prepared to spend a lot with out being stuffed.Helpful 19Thanks 0Love this 16Oh no 0 - Louis R.ジャージーシティ, アメリカ合衆国237121778842017年6月23日
As a filthy American and a native New Yorker, I like to eat the best of the best food and love to be in the middle of the action. AMERICA
I don't give a fuck if it costs me a ton of cabbage to do what I do. AMERICA
I also love meat (nohomo)...Japanese-style teppanyaki rules. The beef tenderloin and beef sirloin were so tender, flavorful and deelish. AMERICA
You better pack a wad of cash or have a high credit limit...this is Ginza and this place will cost you an arm and a leg. AMERICA
Soooo worth it, though. AMERICA

Abalone is definitely the best.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Camille G.サンディエゴ, アメリカ合衆国0112017年11月22日
This place is exquisite--exceeded our expectations in every way. The ambiance, service, and food were outstanding. Truly a spectacular dining experience.
My tip for other travelers: take the time to dress up a bit for this elegant restaurant. We went to the restaurant for a late lunch straight from a day of sight seeing at imperial palace. Although the staff was kind and gracious, I felt embarrassed by our attire.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Osamu T.千葉県流山市0432014年6月29日
The shop to settle. A salesclerk cooks good-quality ingredients deliciously in front of us. The pepper-and-salt beef is good, too, but recommendation is halite steaming of the abalones.
The dessert after a meal is delicious and is refined taste.
There should be a little more quantity. Is it consideration for a woman customer?
Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0
