龍雲寺

Ryu-unji temple belongs Jodoshu.
This is near Nakamachidai station on Yokohama Municipal Subway Blue line but it is a far by walking from the station.
I recommend that you get to here by a bus.
Nearest bus stop is "Ryu-unji" of bus route 308 and we can get on the bus from Nakamachidai station.
They have a parking lot, so we can visit to here by a car, too.

This temple enshrine Enmei Jizo Bosatsu at Hakkakudo temple in the precincts of the temple.
"Enmei" means prolonging life.
Therefore, it brings a good luck of health and longevity for us.
In fact, this Enmei Jizo Bosatsu was made and enshrined about 400 years ago at another place which is Tohocho.
However, it was moved to this temple in 2002.
And then, Hakkakudo temple was built in 2010 and it was moved again into it.
Hakkakudo temple is on the front right side by the main temple.

This temple opens to the public their principal image of Jizo Bosatsu once in 12 years.
That year is called "Tori-doshi" in Japanese.
The most recent is held in 2017.
After that, it will be held in 2029, 2041, 2053.
The public period is 9:00 - 17:00 from Apr/16 to May/8 on that years.
And, we can make the pilgrimage round during the period.
It's called Tsuzuki Tachibana Toridoshi publishing Jizo Bosatsu Pilgrimage.
This temple is the 5th place of it.
They have the exclusive book of this pilgrimage round and it charges 1500 yen.
And, we can get Goshuin of the pilgrimage at here and it charges 300 yen.
If you want them, then you can get them at inside the Hakkakudo temple during the period.

This temple is the 17th place of Old Kozukue area celebrated 33 Kannon temples pilgrimage, also.
That is held once in 12 years, too.
That year is called "Nezumi-doshi" in Japanese.
The most recent is held in 2020.
After that, it will be held in 2032, 2044, 2056.

龍雲寺は浄土宗の寺院です。
横浜市営地下鉄ブルーラインの仲町台駅が最寄り駅ですが、そこから歩くにはかなり遠いです。
仲町台駅からバスが出ていますので、バスで行かれる事をオススメします。

この龍雲寺は境内の八角堂にて延命地蔵菩薩を祀っています。
ちなみに、この延命地蔵菩薩ですが、寛永年間に東方町601番地に十王堂が建立され、そこに祀られていました。
ところが、平成17年の御開帳の後、この龍雲寺に移される事になり。その後、平成22年に新たに八角堂が建立され、現在はそこに鎮座しています。
なお、八角堂は本堂の右手前にあります。

この延命地蔵菩薩は、12年に1度、酉歳の年に御開帳があります。
御開帳は酉歳の4月16日から5月8日にかけて行われ、午前9時から午後5時まで御開帳されています。
この御開帳を、都筑橘樹酉歳地蔵菩薩開帳と言い、この開帳に合わせ、都筑橘樹酉歳開帳地蔵菩薩霊場と言う巡礼も行われます。
この龍雲寺はその第五番札所となっていて、巡礼期間中は八角堂にて御開帳が行われます。
第五番札所の御朱印は八角堂にて頂戴する事が出来ます。
志納金は300円です。
また、都筑橘樹酉歳開帳地蔵菩薩霊場専用の御朱印帳も1500円で入手出来ます。

そちらも12年に1度、子歳(ねずみ年)に巡礼が行われます。

It's called Old Kozukue Area celebrated 33 Kannon temples pilgrimage.
This temple is the 17th stop place of it.
We can get Goshuin at the reception desk on the left side in the main temple during the period that is opening to the public.
It charges 400 yen.

御開帳期間中は本堂に上がって参拝する事が出来ます。
そして、この御開帳を行う寺院を巡る旧小机領三十三所子歳観音霊場と言う巡礼があります。
この寺院はその第十七番札所です。
御朱印は、御開帳期間中は本堂上がって左側にある納経受付で頂戴する事が出来ます。
志納金は400円でした。
