I just had a car plus tow truck driver run me off the road who appears to be drunk he tried to pass me on a double yellow with no lights on and was swerving all crazy I tired to pace him and he was doing over 85 in a 55 don't use this company unless you want your vehicle in the hands of a drunk I also watched him almost reaend a car due to the fact he was going over 85 and couldn't stop for a car turning on to a different road

If I could add a 0 for the stars I would. These people gave me a hard time about my car when I called looking for it after being towed. They hung up on me, blocked me from calling, and most importantly is rude. I felt so humiliated at that moment. Can you imagine, having your car towed and calling around and trying to find it and call up cars plus and they tell you they don't know if they got your car and to call back Monday. Then to add, once I drove here to see if my car was here, I called up and ask them if I could get my wallet out the car and they told me no.

Incredibly rude and ineffective. Left me stranded in a blizzard when they were supposed to be my tow from VW Roadside Assistance.

incompetent douche who was incapable of fulfilling a simple tow cars plus in Kingston is located on morton avenue but couldnt be bothred to pick up my car thats less then 5 miles away from flatbush road. I did not receive a phone call i waited over 90 mins for if he didnt want the ride he shouldnt have offered to take it. Wasting my time as well as his and as well as the insurance company and the other shop its getting towed to. He woild have made a decent amountant of money being that my tow was from Kingston to new paltz now i know to never use there service again.

I was coming off a 12 hour night shift an hour away from my home when my car wouldn't start. Coworkers tried to help me jump it with no success. My key ended up getting stuck in the ignition and I couldn't get my car back into neutral after we had pushed it out of the parking spot. I blocking traffic in a busy parking garage of a hospital for 3 hours. My insurance company sent Cars plus of Kingston to tow me. My fiance showed up and ended up getting my car into neutral but we still weren't able to jump it. The Cars plus employee who showed up was so rude and intimidating, and not even wearing a mask, at a hospital of all places. He ends up being able to jump my car with the battery pack and proceeds to call his boss yelling into the phone about how I didn't even a tow and "what a waste of time". I ended up paying full price for the tow, which is fine. I'm grateful nothing was seriously wrong with my car. But the way I was treated was wildly inappropriate and unprofessional. If i ever actually need a tow, ill be walking instead of calling Cars Plus.

I needed a tow and this company was recommended to me by Romeo Chevrolet where I was headed for an inspection. Unfortunately the car died and I call this outfit. The individual arrived and was in the process of loading my car on the flatbed. I noticed that when he got out of his truck he was not wearing a mask for coronavirus protection. As long as he was the only one in the truck there was no problem. At one point however he asked me if I was going to be traveling in the truck with. I told him I was as long as he was going to wear a mask. He rudely responded that he was not at which point I let him take the vehicle to Romeo Chevrolet. As a consequence I had to call my wife who left work early to come and pick me up and take me to the dealer. How very easy would've been for this inconsiderate individual to just put on a mask for a 20 minute trip. In fact, it would have been required by law for him to do so. So rude. So inconsiderate. Kyle was a young guy and I am in a category for which the coronavirus is more problematic. Needless to say I will never ever use this company again!

My wife and I purchased a vehicle from them and I am very happy with all their services.

Watch out! They are doing shady business...selling "bad "cars that come in on trade "privately" . I just purchased a "private sale" vehicle from them . Turns out they turned the check engine light off and it has a bad tranny . They said it needed a tranny filter and flush because of the mileage . Lie. It also needs tie rods and wheel bearings . I found out all of this when i went to get it inspected. I found out many used car dealers are selling "private " because they dont have to inspect it, make it safe, or warranty it under the lemon law . BUT it is totally illegal . STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!!!!

Towed my car last Saturday, and in the process damaged a side mirror. Also fired up the engine when there was no oil. When I called them to complain, instead of taking me seriously, flat out refused to acknowledge any problem with their service--their argument? That it had never happened before. Well, it happened this time, and not only will I never do business with them again, I'll also be warning everyone I know in the area to avoid them at all costs.
