When Danny turned, I greeted him at the door. There was no hello, no I'm Danny. He grunted at me "where's the Boiler located at"

His general demeanour from outset, was of someone who didn't want to be there.

I felt as if he was doing me a favor by turning up.

When he examined the boiler, there turned out to be a bigger issue than first though, as the heating had not been switched on over the summer months.

Danny said he didn't have the correct tools as he though it was just a service.

I can completely understand that, and I have no problem paying extra for the work needed.

What I did take exception to, was the manner in the way he spoke to me and how it appeared to be an inconvenience that he would have to come back another day.

Maybe he was having a bad day, but it's a shame as I felt compelled to leave a negative review for Danny, as a result of such a negative experience.

I just phoned DJC plumbing on a mobile phone. The call was really bad quality and then the call failed, you know, as calls do when the signal is bad. I then received a TEXT from the same number telling me how RUDE I WAS! absolutely hilariously bad service. I will make sure I leave a review on every available service so people avoid this "company" I feel so bad for people who have hired them under good faith and been treated so appallingly and probably had terrible work done in their houses.

. I had an intermittent fault with a Potterton Combi. 'Danny' showed up, looking hungover, with clearly no idea what he was doing. He claimed to have replaced the APS, which I discovered later he hadn't. He then claimed it was the PCB, which it wasn't, and he was barely out the driveway when the fault was back. I tried to get hold of him on his mobile, and he hung up as soon as he knew it was me.
I called in SouthEast Gas, and they showed me that the APS he had claimed to replace was still the original model. I tried calling the office, and was refused any manner of refund or discussion. Hugely unprofessional company, and I would recommend avoiding.

Danny (the main engineer) came in January 2014 to fix my boiler. He said that the valve was damaged, so he bought and installed a new one, and gave me a two year warranty. My boiler broke down again a few months later and I tried to get him back so that he can fix it. He kept stalling for over a month and, in the meantime, I was using my immersion boiler. In the end, he just stopped taking my calls. When I called him from a different number, he hang up when he realised it was me. When I googled his company, I realised that it was struck off the companies house register back in August 2013. My two year warranty that I paid extra for is now completely worthless.
