Qype ユーザー (nairin…)ロンドン, イギリス012009年7月12日Aya installed a boiler for me, originally planned to take 3-4 days took about 4 weeks due to poor quality engineer the firm supplied.
On top of that this engineer was so lacking in basic plumbing skills, he left leaks in several pipes which cost me another £300 to fix.
The firm's owner (one Mr Serry) is all sweetness when things go well. The moment you have an issue they will stop taking your calls and will never return any messages.
I will never use this firm again and to be forewarned is to be forearmed. If you need more detail drop me a note.
