Far better to eat in a bar than drink in a restaurant.

Great casual old place downtown. Awesome onion rings and chili. Super fast and friendly service, even right in the middle of the lunch rush. Order at the counter or grab a seat and someone will come right over. One of the best lunch spots in this whole part of Maine.

      Duuuuude. GO HERE.

I moved here from New York about a month ago and Asian Cafe is BY FAR the best Asian food I've ever had in Maine. Maybe anywhere. The menu covers Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai, Japanese, Korean, you name it. Tonight we had yellow curry, orange chicken, crab Rangoon, Thai spring rolls, and vegetable soup - everything absolutely 100% perfect. Even the salad was delicious, and I almost never eat salad. Lunch specials are unbeatable.

COVID makes everything a little more difficult and confusing, with curbside service and all that, and the owner was on point making sure I got taken care of. Great food, great service, can't recommend them enough. I'll be a regular for sure.

I've had problems with one broken tooth for several years, and my previous dentist insisted on trying to fix it over and over. I recently switched dentists due to a change in insurance, and I couldn't be happier. After an initial consult and x-rays, Dr. Kass listened to what I wanted (to just pull the tooth) and they fit me into the schedule right away. My appointment was for 10am; I got there a few minutes early and they took me right in. He was completely finished and I was back at the reception desk to check out at 10:03! I couldn't believe it. No pain, no problems. All the staff is very helpful and friendly and I couldn't happier. I never would have thought I'd be so happy to get a tooth pulled! I highly recommend Great Expressions.

Beautiful, newly-renovated restaurant and hotel in the small town of Lauder, about 45 minutes southeast of Edinburgh. Everything in my room was so crisp, clean, and perfect, I could easily believe I was the first person to stay there. Excellent shower, large and very comfortable bed with high-quality linens. Two doors and a hallway separate the hotel from the pub, ensuring that none of the restaurant noise reaches the rooms. There is a post office right across the street and a news shop just down the block, and Thirlestane Castle is a short walk. We had dinner (haggis bon bons and steak pie) and breakfast (full Scottish) at the restaurant and everything was perfect.

      Highly, highly recommended.

I'm really torn about leaving a review. On one hand, I've been to five shows this season and every one has been an awesome experience from start to finish. On the other hand, I don't want a million people to start showing up and ruining it!
Let me start by saying we live 5 minutes from the Warwick Drive-In, but we drive 40 minutes to Fair Oaks because it's so much better. Better layout, better concession stand, shorter lines, and - definitely the biggest draw for us - they have been showing classic movies as part of the double features. Close Encounters, Jaws, The Wizard of Oz - we often go just for those! Already bought our tickets for the all-night Horror Fest; we can't wait!
The only downside - and this is the case with any drive-in - are the audience members who don't know drive-in etiquette. Yes, it's a drive-in, but it's still a movie. Everyone paid to be here to watch the movie. Be respectful. Be quiet. And for the the love of God, TURN YOUR HEADLIGHTS OFF. THE WHOLE TIME. It would be great if the ticket booth explained a few rules to every car, and had an usher or two to enforce them.
Anyway, if you're looking for a great drive-in experience, this is it! Worth the drive from anywhere - you won't be disappointed. Here's to many more seasons!
