      The pharmacy is always understaffed. The employees who are there work really hard, but it's clear that they're overworked and I always feel bad when I see how many tasks the pharmacists and staff are juggling. Hold times on the phone and waiting in line can be long. CVS, be kind to your employees and your customers by adding additional pharmacy staff. It would be a better experience for everyone.

      I found this doctor through my health insurance company's website and made an appointment through Zocdoc ten days ago for today. I received confirmation emails, text and email reminders about the appointment, and filled out the patient paperwork they sent to me. Fast forward to today when I show up for my appointment and they tell me they were never notified about it and don't actually take my insurance. Admins, get your offices in order and get yourself off of insurance websites you don't participate in. This has happened to me with another doctor's office in the past ten days, but at least they caught it immediately and called me right away to let me know so I could reschedule with someone else.

      Wow, what rude people work here. I ordered a shrimp pita and was confused when I saw French fries coming out of the top. I called the restaurant because I saw that the Souvlaki pita has French fries in it--I've ordered the shrimp pita on other two occasions and this wasn't how it came. The guy who answered the phone started off by saying, "Well, you must have ordered the wrong thing" (I didn't, I was looking at the receipt) and then kept talking over me and not allowing me to finish a sentence. He even told me to stop interrupting him even though I couldn't get a word in edgewise! You catch more flies with honey than you do with vinegar, rude employee. The only reason I ordered even from here was because I had delivery credit to redeem--it's otherwise WAY too expensive for the size of the portions. Won't order from them again.

      Shame in LES People's FCU. My experience with them has been hands down the worst banking experience I've ever had. I'm currently trying to reach someone there so I can close down my accounts, but no one picks up the phone and every single one of their customer service voicemail boxes are full. In the past, it has taken them over three weeks to respond to emails.

      I moved my accounts from Bank of America to this credit union last August because I wanted to move away from big banks. I've been so disappointed. First of all, you have to go into the branch to do almost anything. I recently had fraud on my debit card (which I noticed myself--the credit union's fraud protection didn't even catch it) and when I called to cancel the card, they asked me if I could come in to fill out a dispute form. It's 2017, People's FCU. We really need to be able to fill out a digital dispute form. Luckily, the fraud was associated with the iTunes store and someone else's Apple ID so Apple had already reversed the charges. The credit union also added insult to injury by not replacing my debit card for 7-10 business days ("If you need money in the meantime," said the rep, "could you just come into the branch and get cash?"). They close at 4:00pm, which means there's no one there if you have needs outside of 9:00am to 4:00pm. I've opened up new accounts at an online bank and I cannot wait to close my accounts at this credit union. I wanted this to be a much better experience than this was.

      I've now been here three times. My friend and I wandered in here one night over the summer and had a really great dinner of watermelon salad and heirloom tomatoes and delicious wine. The second time we made a reservation. They seated me before she arrived, which I always appreciate. I had the burrata and really yummy rabbit meatballs with truffle oil. I've also been once for brunch and enjoyed that too. I haven't sat in the garden area yet, but it looks nice and seems to be open year round.
